Salary: $91,000 – $121,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end document control processes, ensuring timely filing, tracking, and retrieval of all project documents.
• Produce weekly and monthly project-level and portfolio reports in coordination with senior project leadership.
• Support the Project Controls Engineer in reviewing and validating change orders, pay applications, and supply chain purchase orders.
• Coordinate field logistics, QAQC documentation, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain and update milestone dates and project information in Asana and construction management software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, TPM, network, and security to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or project controls (internship experience is considered).
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex tasks and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Procore, or Jira.
• Familiarity with construction project controls, including budgets, schedules, and change management.
• Ability to interpret complex construction documents and knowledge of construction components.
