Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD (Zone 1-4)

What you will do

• Architect production-level ML & AI workloads including agents, end-to-end pipelines, training/inference optimization, and MLOps.
• Build and serve enterprise GenAI solutions like RAG, agentic systems, natural language querying, AI evaluation, and observability.
• Scale and optimize customer AI workloads across domains and provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer voice and influence AI product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on ML experience as ML Engineer (production cloud infra on AWS/Azure/GCP, drift monitoring) or AI Engineer (LLMs, agentic systems, vector DBs, fine-tuning, guardrails, HuggingFace, Langchain, OpenAI)
• Graduate degree in quantitative discipline (CS, Engineering, Stats, etc.) or equivalent.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for collaboration, learning, and driving business value through ML/AI.
• Meet technical training expectations within 3 months

• 2+ years customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales.
