What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Lean transformation across all value stream functions, including Operations, Finance, HR, Accounting, and Procurement.
• Design, facilitate, and execute workshops for Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events to identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as the AI Coordinator, integrating agentic AI tools, ML models, and intelligent automation into process improvement projects.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent transformation projects using PMI and Agile/hybrid frameworks.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams and leadership on Lean principles and waste identification.
• Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to validate the impact of Lean initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in process excellence or operational transformation.
• Lean certification and/or Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certification required.
• Proven track record of leading Lean deployments in transactional functions (Finance, HR, Accounting, Procurement).
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic automation frameworks, or MLOps platforms.
• Experience implementing Lean management systems such as Obeya or AI-augmented daily management.

Nice to have

• Master Black Belt (MBB) designation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
