What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate major manufacturing functions during shift operations to maintain continuous flow.
• Ensure efficient utilization of equipment and manpower to meet production control schedules.
• Coordinate the availability of raw materials, instructions, and training for associates.
• Hold associates accountable for safety adherence, efficiency, and reduction of scrap and waste.
• Manage shift records, including attendance and overtime approval via ADP.
• Implement and utilize lean tools such as 6S, Visual Management, RTFT, and Tier Communication.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing management environment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a high-performance manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks under pressure.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Du Quoin, IL

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience leading large teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong project management skills.
