What you will do

• Produce physical substation packages including general arrangements, elevations, and bill of materials.
• Design conduit, grounding, lightning protection, and illumination systems.
• Select appropriate hardware for various substation applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards while working independently or within a team.

Requirements

• Associates degree in a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in drafting, design, or engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with MicroStation.
