What you will do

• Assemble aircraft components and sub-assemblies following released work instructions.
• Perform drilling, fastening, and hardware installation using approved tooling.
• Install brackets, panels, and structural components.
• Execute torque, sealant, and bonding procedures as directed.
• Conduct visual self-inspections of completed work to ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and adhere to FOD and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of experience in aircraft or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to interpret and follow written work instructions and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn aerospace standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
