What you will do

• Lead full-cycle implementation and onboarding projects for clients across Brazil and Latin America.
• Manage portfolio setup, system configuration, and data onboarding ensuring high data integrity.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to private banks, family offices, and wealth managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.
• Develop delivery playbooks and best practices tailored for the LATAM market.
• Ensure projects meet local regulatory standards and data-handling norms, such as LGPD.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, or client-facing consulting.
• Proven success in solution delivery or client onboarding within wealth management or fintech.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Legal authorization to work in Brazil.
• Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows.
• Willingness to travel within Brazil and occasionally across LATAM.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge, preferably in Python.
• Experience working with Brazilian financial institutions or CVM/Bacen regulatory frameworks.
