TL;DR

Manager, Strategy & Operations (Healthcare): Driving corporate strategy initiatives and operational priorities within the Employer function with an accent on market research and cross-functional execution. Focus on designing strategic frameworks, optimizing product performance, and acting as a thought partner to senior leadership.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $135,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine strategic objectives and long-term goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Design strategic frameworks and actionable plans to drive business growth and optimize product performance.
  • Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.
  • Create and prepare high-level communication content, including presentations, slides, and whitepapers.
  • Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including investors and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management consulting experience, preferably within Employee Benefits.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate healthcare and healthcare purchasing.
  • Experience in care navigation and/or direct contracting is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mind, strategic thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Must be based in the United States.
