What you will do
- Operate daily processes to deliver insurance and health services at scale.
- Continuously improve operational capabilities to guarantee efficiency and user delight.
- Manage therapy supply and demand, including psychologist relations, onboarding, and booking.
- Process claims and monitor external service providers to ensure a best-in-class member experience.
- Investigate suspicious claims and build new fraud prevention methods.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and customer billing.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in operations, customer support, account management, or logistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both English and French.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Problem-solving mindset driven by customer satisfaction.
