What you will do

  • Analyze feature usage, adoption, and activation data across user cohorts to identify engagement patterns and drop-off points.
  • Design and analyze surveys, synthesize qualitative feedback from NPS, interviews, and Customer Advisory Board for Gen Z insights.
  • Monitor live marketing and product tests, summarize results focused on engagement and repeat usage, maintain learnings log.
  • Assist in refreshing growth strategy docs, conduct competitive research on similar products for younger audiences.
  • Create reusable documentation and organize insight references for Product Marketing, MarComms, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Product, Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, turning loose direction into clear steps.
  • Ability to analyze basic datasets and identify patterns or themes.
  • Strong written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or coursework in marketing, product, research, or operations.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, experimentation, or user journeys.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Claude for research, writing, and analysis.
  • Interest in fintech, consumer apps, or e-commerce.
  • 18–25 years old with lived Gen Z consumer perspective.
