What you will do

• Craft visual experiences by designing marketing assets across campaigns and channels, including presentations, web, email, advertising, and video.
• Partner with visual designers, copywriters, project managers, and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
• Create and edit video content, including motion graphics, ensuring clarity, quality, and brand consistency.
• Apply brand guidelines, style guides, and design standards to maintain a cohesive visual system.
• Translate briefs and feedback into effective creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing for marketing, advertising, or product.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of marketing design work, including video and motion examples.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and motion design.
• Ability to produce consistent, on-brand work across formats and channels.
• Comfort working through feedback collaboratively and managing multiple deadlines.
