Associate Project Manager

TL;DR

Associate Project Manager (IRT): Deliver Interactive Response Technology for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials with an accent on client liaison, solution design based on protocols, and project scheduling. Focus on documenting requirements, supporting UAT and specification reviews, managing cross-functional teams, and providing post-go-live support.

What you will do

• Work as part of a cross-functional team delivering IRT for clinical trials randomization and drug supply.
• Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide updates, and design IRT solutions.
• Document requirements, participate in specification reviews, and manage project schedules and tasks.
• Assist with UAT planning, test scripts, data setup, and client support during testing.
• Provide protocol-specific support post-go-live, system training to users globally, and telephone/email support.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and training as needed.
