What you will do
- Employ AI technologies and leverage Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.
- Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints across business, audience, product, messaging, channels, and measurement.
- Work directly with client sales/operations to define good leads and integrate into targeting/creative strategy.
- Own senior client relationships, lead QBRs focused on cost per acquisition, and manage retention/expansion.
- Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around unified account strategy.
- Consult on geographic expansion, coach analysts/specialists, and maintain Pulse cadence.
Requirements
- 6+ years in lead gen or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house.
- Deep understanding of lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, CPA, LTV by source.
- Experience aligning marketing to sales team capabilities and handling paid search-heavy/local campaigns.
- Familiarity with local SEO, GMB, and review strategies.
- Track record of shifting focus from lead volume to quality and growing/retaining accounts.
