Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site across the Vancouver campus and other affiliated locations in the Lower Mainland
Salary: $6,251.00 - $8,986.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for escalated AV and network-related issues, performing in-depth diagnostics for software, firmware, and hardware.
- Design, install, and maintain legacy analog and new digital AV technologies, including video conference systems and digital signage.
- Coordinate the installation of complex digital audio systems and control automation to ensure seamless interoperability and high performance.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AV hardware, providing technical guidance and functional supervision to technicians.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with manufacturers for Tier 3 troubleshooting and equipment repair.
- Maintain technical documentation, software account management, and inventory records.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and minimum of two years of related experience.
- Valid Class 5 BC driver's license is required.
- Proficiency with electronic testing tools (digital scopes, function generators) and AV software (Crestron Toolbox, BiAmpDSP).
- Experience supporting Windows OS, macOS, and associated applications.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and work at heights on ladders or man lifts.
- Ability to work primarily on-site across the Vancouver campus.
Nice to have
- Graduation from a technical college or institute.
- Industry certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), Cisco, Biamp, or Crestron.
- Advanced skills in AV integration, including basic carpentry and electrical skills.
