Salary: $820 — $1,050 CAD per week

What you will do

• Provide end-user support across Windows, iOS, Android, and MacOS operating systems.
• Plan and research new support technologies and ensure security compliance.
• Manage infrastructure tools including the Microsoft suite and JAMF for patching and software management.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and end users to participate in experimental design processes.
• Research and implement cloud-first task automation.
• Participate in enterprise operations and security management.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (must not graduate prior to the role).
• Able to work in-person from a hirify.global office.
• Completion of at least one term in an information technology related course.
• Experience with technical support for Windows and iOS.
• Understanding of Android and iOS Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Basic understanding of cloud administration and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity and interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
