TL;DR

Client Management Associate (Healthcare): Supporting SMB customers through scalable channels and designing AI-assisted self-serve journeys with an accent on program adoption, retention, and customer health monitoring. Focus on automating client experiences, managing escalations via Zendesk, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve the product roadmap.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based on the East Coast (Eastern Time). This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

Salary: $56,320 – $88,000 USD

What you will do

  • Provide frontline client support via Zendesk, triaging requests and improving knowledge base content.
  • Partner with Rev Ops to maintain and enhance automated client journey programs that enable self-service.
  • Monitor customer health using data-driven metrics to identify risk and uncover account opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to advocate for clients and drive adoption.
  • Manage complex client escalations and lead product demos to increase engagement.
  • Prepare data, insights, and materials for strategic reviews with the SMB Client Manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a support agent or similar client support role at a technology or healthcare company.
  • Must be based on the East Coast (Eastern Time).
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Client Success, Sales, Ops, Finance, and Tech.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Previous experience in HR, benefits, or healthcare.
