Senior Solutions Architect (CIAM)

TL;DR

Senior Solutions Architect (CIAM): Design and implement hirify.global's Customer Identity Cloud platform for customer identity use cases with an accent on authentication, authorization, and integration with cloud and on-premises systems. Focus on translating business requirements into technical architectures, leading discovery workshops, and ensuring successful customer deployments under high-scale global services.

Location: Remote (Utah, US). Ability to travel up to 50%.

What you will do

• Lead gathering of business, functional, and technical requirements for hirify.global-powered identity platforms.
• Document requirements and support creation of project plans for solution implementation.
• Provide technical leadership on PS delivery teams, translating requirements to designs.
• Conduct customer health-checks, project reviews, and drive initiatives to business value.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers, including CxOs, to promote creative solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years IT/software development, solution design, technical architecture experience
• 3+ years consulting, application architecture design, IAM architectures
• 3+ years cloud solutions (AWS, Google Apps, Salesforce)
• Experience with customer identity use cases: B2C/B2B registration, MFA, SSO, social identities.
• Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, REST.
• Proficiency in Java, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

• hirify.global certifications (Technical Architect, Consultant, Developer).
• TOGAF, CISSP certifications.
• Experience with API Gateways, CASB, NGINX, cloud/virtualization (VMware, EC2).
• Proficiency in .Net, Ruby, Java, Python, Perl, git, Subversion.
