hirify.global is developing an AI-powered platform for managing users, roles, and permissions, incorporating KYC/KYB and rewards systems.

What you will do

• Own architectural decisions for a large, evolving codebase in the compliance and finance-sensitive domain.
• Extend the generic-entity/schema system while ensuring no regressions.
• Lead integration work with external providers including SmartSearch, Salesforce, Xero, Pannovate, and SendGrid.
• Perform security-focused code reviews to identify and fix permission and access-control gaps.
• Maintain the project's Memory Bank and feature-level documentation.
• Mentor engineers and set technical guardrails for contributors using AI tools in the codebase.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine (Lviv/Remote)
• English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) required for client-facing communication.
• Expertise in Next.js 15 (App Router), TypeScript, and tRPC.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL (JSONB, pgvector) and Drizzle ORM.
• Proficiency with NextAuth.js, Keycloak (OIDC/OAuth2), Tailwind, and shadcn/ui.
• Knowledge of Docker, Azure Container Apps, Terragrunt, and GitHub Actions.
