TL;DR

Product Lead (AI): Building and overseeing high-stakes AI products and internal ventures with an accent on generative AI, agent orchestration, and product-market fit. Focus on bridging the gap between technical AI architecture and strategic business goals for senior stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the US (LA office or US remote)

Salary: $120,000 – $220,000 per year

hirify.global is an LA-based venture studio focusing on AGI and high-upside AI research and products.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery for high-stakes AI projects, including internal ventures and client engagements.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives, translating business goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
  • Design and build prototypes, tests, and MVPs using modern AI stacks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ship reliable and useful AI capabilities.
  • Explore product-market fit and potentially lead spinout ventures as CEO or CTO.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product leadership, AI product development, or startup building.
  • Fluency in AI stacks: LLMs, LangChain, RAG, vector search, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Track record of advising senior leadership on complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to prototype and ship real products independently without waiting for permission.
  • Full-time availability and US-based location.

Nice to have

  • Background in consulting, advisory, or executive-level strategy.
  • Prior founder or operator experience.
  • Experience building prototypes in AI, no-code, or low-code tools.
  • Exposure to AGI-aligned thinking or AI safety concepts.
  • Based in Los Angeles for in-person collaboration.
