What you will do

• Provide escalated technical support and lead problem management cases for complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Install, monitor, maintain, and optimize production server hardware and software.
• Conduct capacity planning, analyze performance metrics, and provide scalability recommendations.
• Continuous monitoring of system health, resource utilization, and application logs using alarm tools.
• Analyze requirements and develop programs or processes to satisfy user requests and business needs.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and detailed error research in production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in application support, technical customer support, and problem management.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases and programming languages.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical clients.
• Deep familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and system testing.
