What you will do

• Operate and monitor automated workflows in Control-M, including job initiation, tracking, dependencies, retries, and closures.
• Monitor health of transactional systems like Tandem and OmniPayment, activating procedures for degradation.
• Log, classify, prioritize, and follow up on tickets in ServiceNow, executing recovery playbooks and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Administer backups and restorations using CommVault and Veeam, with integrity validations and testing.
• Support changes and releases during maintenance windows, performing post-checks for stability.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DBA teams; produce reports and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Spanish: 100%; English: Basic
• Orchestration with Control-M for Java and SAP jobs/chains; monitoring Salesforce, Tandem, OmniPayment.
• Backups/restores with CommVault Simpana and Veeam; ServiceNow or ITSM tools.
• Basic Linux/Unix knowledge; understanding of integrations and interfaces.
• Bachelor’s in Systems, Computer Science, or IT; experience in operations, monitoring, incident management.
• 24/7 service with on-call, shift rotation, weekends; remote work modality

Nice to have

• Retail experience, especially El Palacio de Hierro; AMS production environments.
• ITIL/ITSM, Control-M, or backup operations certifications.
