Salary: $117,300 - $169,000 (depending on region)

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership, including the CFO and Chief Supply Chain Officer, to drive planning and analytics strategy.
• Develop and execute a Maturity Scorecard to elevate data integrity, process automation, and decision support.
• Lead the design and implementation of EPM modules to ensure system architecture meets future scalability needs.
• Architect the team's AI strategy and collaborate with Data teams to implement predictive forecasting tools.
• Operationalize new financial frameworks by transitioning from process design to MVP creation.
• Serve as a technical mentor to the finance team in systems thinking, AI application, and process design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience, including 5+ years building or operating a supply chain finance function.
• Experience managing capital investments related to plants, machinery, and supply chain infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience implementing or operating modern EPM platforms (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan).
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, full P&L, and hardware cost structures (standard vs. actual, PPV).
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain (MBA or professional certification highly desirable).

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve financial workflows and data quality.
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
