Principal, Marketing – Alliances & Partnerships: Lead high-impact global co-marketing initiatives with hyperscaler partners to drive demand, pipeline growth, and measurable market impact with an accent on global partnership marketing strategy, joint messaging, campaigns, and scalable demand programs. Focus on designing and delivering thought leadership, events, webinars, content, co-creating narratives for data and AI solutions, and optimizing Market Development Funds.
Location: Based in Paddington, London offices on hybrid basis (at least 3 days a week in the office)

What you will do
- Define and activate global partnership marketing strategy for hyperscaler partners aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Build trusted relationships as global marketing lead for strategic partners, connecting partner organizations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of joint global marketing initiatives including thought leadership, events, webinars, content, and demand campaigns focused on pipeline impact.
- Collaborate with specialist marketing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable partner programs globally.
- Co-create joint messaging, content, and narratives articulating shared value propositions and customer success.
- Own planning, governance, and optimization of Market Development Funds for strong ROI.
- Leverage partner channels and ecosystems to extend reach and accelerate awareness of data and AI solutions.
- Use data and insights to optimize initiatives and report impact to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 12+ years in B2B marketing and go-to-market roles, ideally in complex global environments
- Proven experience leading global B2B co-marketing with large technology/platform partners, including MDF ownership
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI, and cloud ecosystems in partnership go-to-market
- Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and full-funnel marketing at scale
- Experience in large global matrixed organizations with influencing senior stakeholders without authority
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, program/project management, and Microsoft Office proficiency
