E2E Digital L2C Architect (Enterprise Architecture): Designing and governing the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process and policy architecture for HPE Networking with an accent on integrated operating models and digital strategy. Focus on rationalizing legacy policies, defining core personas, and orchestrating cross-functional design governance to ensure a coherent customer and partner experience.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in Texas, USA)

Salary: $135,000 - $310,500

What you will do

  • Define and govern the end-to-end L2C process and policy architecture and digital strategy.
  • Lead the inventory, assessment, and rationalization of legacy L2C policies.
  • Own core persona definitions and develop experience blueprints and journey maps.
  • Translate experience and policy intent into digital and process design guardrails.
  • Orchestrate interlocks across Front Office, Back Office, Channel, Technical, and Data leads.
  • Support governance forums with options, risks, and downstream implications framing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise process architecture, transformation, or operating model design.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes and cross-functional operating models.
  • Experience leading policy harmonization and enterprise process architecture efforts.
  • Familiarity with L2C enabling platforms such as CRM, CPQ, order management, and billing.
  • Must be able to work hybrid from an HPE office (average 2 days per week).
