What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and solution design for enterprise and payments-focused engagements in the US market.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to align client business objectives and regulatory considerations with product capabilities.
• Architect scalable solution architectures leveraging hirify.global’s APIs, stablecoin infrastructure, and payments products.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap prioritization based on customer insights.
• Support post-sale implementation and onboarding alongside the Client Success team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Experience designing and supporting API-based integrations and enterprise-grade technical implementations.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools and documenting technical workflows.
• Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work (E-Verify).
• Ability to travel within the US up to 25% of the time.
