What you will do
- Act as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for and its suite of services.
- Guide and train users on product features and functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolve customer problems and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage billing and account-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Systems Administrator, Support, Help Desk, or QA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and empathy for users.
- Ability and desire to work in a fully remote environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
- Experience with CLI, Docker, and GitHub.
- Knowledge of HTML, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL, and PKI.
- Experience with Freshdesk.
