What you will do

  • Act as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for hirify.global and its suite of services.
  • Guide and train users on product features and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to resolve customer problems and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage billing and account-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EMEA region.
  • Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Systems Administrator, Support, Help Desk, or QA).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and empathy for users.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
  • Experience with CLI, Docker, and GitHub.
  • Knowledge of HTML, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL, and PKI.
  • Experience with Freshdesk.
