TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist (Spanish): Provide transformative customer support for hirify.global's unified IT operations platform with an accent on troubleshooting Windows issues and collaborating with internal teams. Focus on resolving critical product problems, creating knowledge base articles, and delivering training to partners.

Location: Berlin (hybrid) / Germany (remote). This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Handle customer calls and emails, taking ownership of issues during set office hours Monday to Friday.
  • Provide prompt follow-up on tickets and support calls with limited supervision.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, QA, and Product Management to resolve critical issues and improve future releases.
  • Create and deliver product training to internal and partner teams.
  • Share knowledge via knowledge base articles and workarounds.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years in customer service/support.
  • Proficient in Windows troubleshooting (registry, services).
  • Working knowledge of MacOS; understanding of Linux distributions.
  • Understanding of virtualization platforms and basic networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Zendesk.
  • Previous experience with RMM software.
  • Italian, French, Dutch, or German language skills.
