What you will do

• Resolve customer technical problems via telephone, email, chat, or remote access.
• Research technical issues, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Document bugs with Engineering and create knowledge base content for internal and external use.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key product features.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely, high-quality resolution.
• Lead technical communications within the team to share best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Deep technical expertise in Windows operating systems, including Services and Workstations.
• Hands-on experience in endpoint security, detection triage, and adversary tradecraft (MITRE ATT&CK).
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Kernel level security solutions.
• Skills in deploying cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated certifications.
• Proficiency in MAC or Linux operating systems.
• Security certifications such as OSCP, PNPT, or PenTest+.
