What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls to identify hotel operational pain points and revenue gaps.
- Act as a subject matter expert in hotel operations, revenue management, and hospitality technology throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to hotel size, segment, and distribution strategy.
- Translate platform capabilities into measurable outcomes such as increased direct bookings and reduced OTA dependency.
- Respond to technical and operational questions from hotel stakeholders during the sales process.
- Train and enable Sales teams on hospitality fundamentals including RevPAR, ADR, and channel mix.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in hotel operations, revenue management, or hospitality technology.
- Strong understanding of hotel systems (PMS, channel managers, booking engines, CRS, and distribution platforms).
- Proven ability to connect operational challenges to measurable business outcomes and revenue impact.
- Experience in complex B2B SaaS pre-sales or consultative roles.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Irving, TX (Dallas-Fort Worth).
