- Lead and mentor a high-performing SMB sales team to achieve repeatable and predictable revenue growth.
- Own and drive revenue targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies for the AMER territory.
- Manage day-to-day operations, provide weekly forecasting, and coach representatives on best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to identify process shortfalls and scale the business.
- Represent at industry events and conduct customer meetings to drive market presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading full-cycle SMB sales teams and building outbound pipelines.
- Track record as a quota-carrying professional from prospecting to closing.
- Deep regional expertise and strong presence in the US market.
- Proficiency as a Salesforce power user with a commitment to CRM best practices and SLAs.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new hires using scalable playbooks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
