What you will do

• Help clients via email and live chat using ticketing system.
• Check data in internal/external back-offices to identify and solve issues.
• Test casino games on clients’ websites to check issues and understand rules.
• Edit email templates and send email campaigns to clients.

Requirements

• Good written English skills (mandatory)
• Great communication skills and active listening.
• Proficient in internet browsing and technical aspects.
