What you will do

• Monitor and support production environments to ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems.
• Automate provisioning, testing, and deployment processes across container and non-container platforms.
• Analyze application and database performance and implement technical improvements.
• Enhance monitoring and alerting strategies, moving towards proactive and preventive approaches.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to reduce lead time and improve system performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Platform or DevOps Engineer working with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments, automation, and monitoring in large-scale systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or Maven and scripting using Bash or Unix.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, production-critical environments with on-call or standby responsibilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on reliability and security.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, or S3.
• Background working in large, enterprise, or regulated environments with a focus on compliance and security.
• Familiarity with 24x7 production support and incident management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a structured and disciplined approach.
