What you will do
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and triage or escalate software issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Lead technical projects for post go-live product solutions, managing dependencies and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists, Data Engineers, and Product Specialists to implement client-value solutions.
- Work with external client teams to understand evolving requirements and communicate technical approaches.
- Drive adoption of Periop and Inpatient solutions among core users, executives, and surgeons.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL, ETL, Python, and BI support.
- Proven track record in enterprise-wide project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of inpatient and perioperative metrics, processes, and challenges.
- Experience supporting projects for hospital systems, such as EHR implementations.
- Ability to analyze data using JAVA/SQL code and complex Excel functions.
- Must be located in one of the specified Latin American countries.
Nice to have
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR systems.
- Proficiency with Looker analytics tools.
- Experience working with clinical or process consultants.
- 1+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting or digital health.
