What you will do

• Build, maintain, and deploy standardized Windows base images using SCCM/Intune.
• Manage Windows OS upgrades, patch management, and endpoint security compliance.
• Create and deploy software packages, handle inventory, licensing, and configuration.
• Configure and manage VMware VDI/Omnissa Workspace ONE pools, base images, and performance.
• Administer Active Directory, hybrid Microsoft environments, Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Support enterprise virtual desktops, troubleshoot incidents, and plan VDI capacity.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal
• Experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Experience managing Windows desktops, enterprise endpoints, and base images.
• Experience with VMware VDI/Omnissa, virtual desktop pools, and performance monitoring.
• Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive), and Exchange.
• Experience with identity/access management and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
