What you will do

• Lead in-person and virtual technical training sessions for scanning systems and Voyager software.
• Guide customers on best practices for fixturing, scan setup, and result interpretation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Application Engineers to align training with customer goals.
• Manage and improve training materials and enablement programs based on cross-functional learnings.
• Maintain expertise in the latest product features and functionalities.
• Travel up to 60% to deliver on-site training.

Requirements

• B.S. in engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality control, or similar technical roles.
• Proven experience with continuous improvement cycles (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA).
• Passion for teaching and sharing technical concepts.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Nice to have

• Experience working with customers or other external parties.
• Experience with metrology and quality control equipment (e.g., CMM, optical inspection or vision systems).
