Senior Product Designer (SaaS)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (SaaS): Designing and optimizing user experiences for Food Safety and Operational Excellence products with an accent on customer research, information architecture, and scalable design systems. Focus on crafting high-fidelity mockups, conducting user interviews, and solving complex workflows for global restaurant brands.

Location: Atlanta, Boston, or Louisville, USA. Must be able to work hours with at least a 4-hour overlap in the Eastern Time Zone.

What you will do

• Craft low and high-fidelity mockups and design user flows that extend beyond visual interfaces.
• Conduct user research and customer discovery to identify personas, Jobs-to-be-Done, and user pain points.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to guide concepts from research through ideation to execution.
• Lead proactive design projects from start to finish, ensuring solutions are simple and clear.
• Collaborate with other designers to manage and implement a scalable Design System.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer for SaaS and mobile products.
• Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Proven experience applying user research methods, including user interviews and competitive analysis.
• Ability to work hours with at least a 4-hour overlap in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in retail operations or operations research.
• Experience designing complex Enterprise products.
• Experience with distributed or omni-channel systems and challenging customer interfaces.
