What you will do

• Architect the AI harness and design intelligent agents.
• Select optimal AI models and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks.
• Develop and integrate tools to wire up AI capabilities into internal workflows.
• Ship production-ready AI features and iterate based on real-world usage.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and Applied AI Lead to drive the core AI build.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production software.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and AWS or GCP.
• Proven track record of deploying AI or agent systems to real users.
• Strong technical opinions on models, frameworks, and evaluation methods.
• Experience as a power user of agentic coding tools.
