What you will do

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing Help Center content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Develop and maintain a new information architecture optimized for ingestion by AI support tools.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality technical documentation, including tutorials, how-to guides, and feature overviews.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to document new features before launch.
• Partner with Customer Support to identify knowledge gaps and improve AI routing.
• Track KPIs related to documentation effectiveness and AI-driven case deflection.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Writer or Content Strategist, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience structuring content for machine learning applications, chatbots, or search optimization.
• Mother tongue level fluency in English.
• Mother tongue level fluency in at least one of the following: Italian, German, or Portuguese.
• Proficiency with at least one major Knowledge Base or CMS platform.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML, CSS, Markdown, or light coding languages.
• Understanding of information retrieval systems and search algorithms.
• Experience working in a product-led growth (PLG) company.
