What you will do

• Act as trusted advisor, lead discovery sessions, and translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Design Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Agents, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Support full project lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, and design relational data models.
• Mentor juniors, contribute to solution architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support pre-sales demos, workshops, and practice growth through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) required for communication with international clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service; hands-on with Customer Insights – Journeys, Customer Service.
• Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of CRM processes, workflows, data migration, integrations, and system architecture.
• Problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to create functional specifications.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Agents.
