What you will do

• Build and scale localization processes, quality frameworks, and governance models to make release readiness predictable.
• Oversee end-to-end localization delivery for priority launches, ensuring QA is embedded throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage localization QA resourcing, vendor performance, and freelance linguists.
• Drive localization quality (LQC/LQA) to ensure brand consistency and linguistic accuracy across all markets.
• Leverage localization tooling and automation to improve overall quality and release velocity.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to identify localization risks and support launch decisions.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of client-side localization experience in fast-paced, global environments.
• Proven experience building and scaling localization quality processes and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Strong expertise in managing vendors and AI/machine-translation workflows.
• Ability to translate localization quality insights into clear, actionable business decisions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High ownership and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
