Salary: CA$130k – CA$180k + Equity

What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI Agent implementations from kickoff to rollout, driving adoption and business outcomes.
• Design tailored implementation strategies based on customer goals and technical environments.
• Develop and maintain the Implementation playbook to ensure scalable and high-quality deployments.
• Identify bottlenecks and introduce automation and tooling to improve deployment speed and consistency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in implementations, consulting, onboarding, or technical project management.
• Proven track record of leading complex software or AI implementations.
• Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong operational skills with experience building scalable processes or playbooks.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with executives and operators.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Toronto, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, automation, or customer service platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Experience building a new organizational function or operating model from the ground up.
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools to optimize professional workflows and increase efficiency.
