What you will do

• Create intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring designs from concept to implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain the company design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and work seamlessly across devices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI Design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process and visual design skills.
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
