What you will do

• Work closely with UX Lead, product management, engineering, and clients to create outstanding user-centered designs.
• Communicate progress, timelines, and risks to teams and clients.
• Participate in UX rituals, workshops, client presentations, and engagement meetings.
• Adjust to changing priorities and scopes while suggesting process improvements.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and stay aware of industry trends like AI.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in client-facing UX roles and 2 years of consulting experience.
• Expertise in digital products, business logic, and processes across various clients.
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and cultural awareness.
• Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
• Experience working with global teams is a big plus.
