What you will do

• Develop and implement AI solutions to enhance product functionality and efficiency.
• Design and deploy intricate machine learning models to address complex educational challenges.
• Collaborate with learning scientists, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI into the product suite.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and implementations to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay current with AI advancements and share knowledge regarding generative AI applications and limitations.
• Create clear and understandable technical documentation for AI implementations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• MS degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI and software development in a commercial environment.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or R.
• Proven experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps tooling.
• Understanding of ethical AI implications, including fairness and data privacy in educational environments.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in deep learning frameworks like Keras.
• Knowledge of natural language processing.
• Experience in the education sector or EdTech industry.
