What you will do

• Investigate data quality issues promptly, identifying root causes and remediation steps.
• Liaise with external Data Partners on issues and internal Data Developers on fixes.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to meet SLA commitments.
• Serve as escalation point for Global Support on calculation methodology queries.
• Support maintenance of operational data quality integrity.
• Implement sustainable fixes for recurring issues with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Based in Manila, Philippines; amenable to night shift (9PM-6AM MNL) and 2x weekly onsite.
• Detail-driven with strong analytical skills under deadline pressure.
• Proactive problem-solver identifying scalable solutions.
• AI-aware, comfortable with AI tools and sound judgement.
