What you will do

• Manage daily collection, composition, and distribution of financial instrument data (Equities, Funds, Fixed Income, etc.) in accordance with client SLAs.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks and data analysis to resolve service delivery incidents and unexpected data behavior.
• Handle client inquiries and audit support requests in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational risk frameworks, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and Risk and Control Engine (RACE).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, focusing on manual tasks and high-risk areas.
• Collaborate with regional clients to identify specific data requirements and special treatment needs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience working with data vendor feeds such as Bloomberg, IDC, and Reuters.
• Deep knowledge of traditional and non-traditional financial instruments, especially complex securities like ABS/MBS, index-linked bonds, and syndicated loans.
• Proficiency with EDM platforms and service request systems (e.g., ServiceNow, HPALM).
• Experience in requirements engineering, data modeling, and data governance.
• Flexibility to work in APAC, EMEA, and NA shift hours depending on business needs.
• Must be based in Manila for a hybrid office presence (2 days per week).
