What you will do

• Own strategy, vision, and roadmap for identity and access management, evolving to include AI agents, auditing, and security governance.
• Define and drive requirements for AI agent identity, permissions, and integration with AI framework team.
• Lead customer configuration area, building scalable self-service features to reduce operational burden across segments.
• Prioritize workstreams based on effort, value, and data; create PRDs and dashboards for performance visibility.
• Build stakeholder relationships across engineering, security, commercial, and customer teams to drive alignment and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience owning and delivering a product or major feature end-to-end, ideally in identity, security, or platform configuration.
• Understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, OAuth, SSO, audit logging) for credible decisions with engineering and security.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions and communicate to technical/non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including senior partners.

Nice to have

• Awareness of security/compliance for agentic AI systems.
• Experience in energy, utility tech, SaaS, or platform products.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and AI productivity tools.
