Location: Hybrid in Markham, ON
Salary: 24.00 – 30.00 CAD/hour

What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving service issues and managing complaints via phone, email, and video calls.
- Oversee account management, including updating customer information and managing daily production needs.
- Liaise between clients and internal departments such as Sales, Technology, and Operations.
- Lead and attend client quarterly business reviews to maintain positive relationships.
- Document all changes, incidents, and client interactions within internal tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and mitigate conflicts to ensure swift incident resolution.
Requirements
- College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Markham, ON.
