What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving service issues and managing complaints via phone, email, and video calls.
• Oversee account management, including updating customer information and managing daily production needs.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments such as Sales, Technology, and Operations.
• Lead and attend client quarterly business reviews to maintain positive relationships.
• Document all changes, incidents, and client interactions within internal tracking systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and mitigate conflicts to ensure swift incident resolution.

Requirements

• College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Markham, ON.
