We are currently looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in Cyprus, Limassol office.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing the company’s financial ecosystem and ensuring a seamless and efficient payment experience for users and partners.

Role & Impact
You will be responsible for supporting daily payment operations, optimizing transaction workflows, and maintaining strong relationships with payment providers. This role is essential for ensuring operational stability, improving payment performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
● Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for payment partners
Maintain and strengthen relationships with providers and gateways
Coordinate communication regarding operational and technical issues
● Daily Payment Operations
Monitor daily payment processing activities
Handle reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
Manage payment gateways and operational workflows
● Optimization & Automation
Identify opportunities to improve transaction speed and efficiency
Develop and optimize internal payment workflows
Collaborate with IT teams on automation initiatives and system upgrades
● Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs and analyze payment performance metrics
Prepare regular reports on transaction volumes, success rates, and error trends
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements
● Customer Experience
Resolve payment-related inquiries in a timely manner
Support continuous improvement of the customer payment journey
Ensure smooth and reliable payment operations

Requirements
Experience in payment operations, fintech, or financial services is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with payment gateways and reconciliations
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Language:
Mandatory:Russian and English
