What you will do

• Design and build features for a digital banking platform, owning services end-to-end.
• Implement production-ready code using React Native for mobile and Spring Boot for backend.
• Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and debugging reports to maintain architectural clarity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct performance optimizations and monitor delivery metrics like lead time and deployment frequency.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, and technical feasibility analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of total IT experience with 3+ years specifically in React Native.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot application development.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Redux, Expo, Jest, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub CI.
• Deep understanding of secure solution design principles and multithreading.
• Exposure to AI-powered IDEs like Cursor or GitHub Co-Pilot.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) or automated mobile testing tools.
